Sometimes it'll work, sometimes it won't. I've founding closing the window and re-opening it gives different results. However, it can take a dozen re-opens for it to start working properly.
Now I just wait a day and watch the Vod youtube instead of having to deal with this shit.

If you fastforward to a place in the video thats all ready buffered you'll be fine. otherwise it'll screw up and jump you back to the beginning.
